I’ve purchased three vehicles from this company, and I’m extremely disappointed with how I’ve been treated.
The manager at the Wornall location, Lee, is nice and helpful when he’s trying to get you into a vehicle, but once you leave and start having issues, his attitude completely changes. I’m dealing with major problems with my vehicle, and instead of receiving help, I’ve been spoken to disrespectfully and treated like I’m not even a human being.

They ask everyone to do a review when you first get a car. These cars are raggedy they don’t honor the warranty and they are full of tricks. Don’t trust these predators. The Cadillacs have fuel system

Called about a particular car and asked if it was available. Larry rudely said, " Not for long." Then tells me because I have an out of state license I had to been living here for 3 years (im from here) but my daughter has a car with them she bought last year. Only being home 1 year. They told us we got a 2016 Chrysler 300 AWD. So the car was sounding funny, so I took it to my mechanic they told me it is not all-wheel drive at all just back wheel drive only
Don't get a car from here the car will breakdown the first month and they'll say its not under warranty and charge you $665.00 then when something is under warranty they say they'll leave a message for the manager and wont called 5 times no call back and they want you to go to one of their shops and pay a $200 deductible when you pay $284 every two weeks already. they won't knock it off your note even though its under warranty poor customer service. These guys are no different then any traditional dealership, I hear people praising this Larry guy but he didnt have the guts or maturity to pick up the phone and let me know they couldnt do anything. Instead he coward out and blew me off. From the bbb reviews and Facebook reviews looks like I dodge a bullet. Its okay I was able to figure out stuff with my current vehicle anyways.

My husband bought me a car from this place and they sold him a LEMON! It has been in and out of the shop even on a warranty. First red flag. If I could rate lower than I would this literally one of the 2 worst places to get a vehicle first is drivefast USA formerly known as instant auto. After spend the past 2 days there trying to get a car. On Monday I was told bring in 2k and I could get into a certain vehicle no problem I bring the money in today for the same car now their saying they need 5k lol what’s changed in the last 3 days.

I first went to the location on state Ave, wanted buy a car. The cat had a clear problem and they refused to fix it. Went to the location on Worrall road. Found a car, made a deal, got the information to get it insured, the salesman told me that the paperwork has been printed out and then he wouldn't answer the phone. I later got a text while on the way to get the car that they got more money from someone else and sorry, but we can put you in something else. Kick rocks 🪨!!!

Was online looking at vehicles was very interested in some of the cars they have but they all are overpriced way too much 24,000 for 2012. It’s not my ideal price.
Do not get a car from them. I have only had my car for a month and already having issue. Engine lights just flashes traction lights pops on. Turned car off and it would not start. Buyer beware! Make sure your vehicle is checked thoroughly before purchase! Bought a car in December, CEL was on. Told them to check everything under the hood to make sure everything was in working order. Never checked freon levels AC didn't work, called and spoke with a sales person not someone who handles maintenance. Referred me to a shop that was booked for months. I’ve had the same problem 3 times. And cannot get the accurate fix. Ive paid my deductible but it seems since then every time I drive my car it’s the same issue. I thought this was a quality place that was willing to help out unfortunately I’m getting the run around for a fix and they are still taking my money. Very unsatisfied with the wornall office of Autonow.

Awful experience, totally taken advantage of for my lack of knowledge about cars. Was sold a broken down 2014 car, with no A/C, no radio, a leak in an oil pan with essentially lead to engine failure after 6 months of owning the car. When I bought the car I was made aware of these problems and was told that if I brought the car to their “recommended” mechanic that they would cover all the costs no questions asked. I told them that I had 400 dollars down and they told me they would match my down payment and refused to do so when I actually got there and kept trying to quote me a higher down payment than what I had. Everything they said was lies down to the payments and verification process. Then when I said I would just go somewhere else the general manager came out and was extremely rude. Auto on Wornall , has a salesman named Larry an old white guy that told my sister ,'I don't think we can help someone like you. She makes about 7/8 times the car payment, and kept trying to tell her she couldn't afford the car payment of $210 every two weeks. He told her she could put $500 down them when she got there tried to get her to put $700 down.

The way Timothy talk to people on the phone is very rude and disrespectful..
Great experience at first, then when I had changed my mind (which they said I could at any point) the person who was “so helpful” turned cold. Even though I apologized multiple times for keeping them late, they threw the paper and pen at me to sign calling off the deal. Told me he was frustrated and I shouldn’t have waisted his time. I gave 5 stars at first for staying late, but you should never treat a customer like that. For that reason I’m changing to 2 stars.
Do not buy a car from this place. They do not handle business on the up and up or un a legal matter. The cars you buy are broken down and will end up costing you thousands of dollars in the long run. Not to mention the legal issues you'll face while trying to get it registered.
Car Got repossessed and they couldn't do nothing for me even when I had the money to get it back
This is a horrible car place, they will repo your car try to withhold it from you. Hold it for 14 days before calling you so it can be a repo. Refuse to work on it even under warranty. They repo my Chrysler 200, Becuase I asked them to fix the blown engine, messed up transmission and overheating, coolant tank, my tires. And all they keep saying is “most car don’t come with warranty” BUT MINE DID. I had my car less than a year. This is called a lemon car and they will be taken to court.

I sold a car to Carmax in Texas and this Auto Now bought it from auction, then sold it to someone else. No one along the line transferred the title, so over a year later when the car was towed I get a certified letter saying my car was towed and I owed fees. If you do business with them, make sure you document everything.

Returned car always needed to be fix. Got screwed over by their mechanics paying $800 and still had nothing to drive for 2 weeks . A month of no car. Never picked it up, told them to keep it don’t want it no more! Tired of paying out for a lemon. Got a better newer car somewhere else.
Easy enough to buy a car, but when you need to postpone a payment because you didn't get a check because you were out of work for 3 weeks, they get prissy. They don't want to work with you at all. I told them I could make that payment up plus the regular payment in 2 weeks, but apparently that doesn't sit well with them.

These people here do not know what they talking about. It’s great how God keeps you from dealing with people who are not good for business. Everything happens for a reason how you go. Tell me if a job that I drive for will approve my license that you all would not approve it and it says drivers license I don’t wanna deal with no type of ignorance on my new endeavors. Charged my girlfriend (before we met) triple Blue Book for a rusty framed vehicle with bald tires, a leaking sunroof, and a slipping transmission. When I went in to pay it off for her they had the nerve to try to shake my hand. Buy here pay here lots. Be a legitimate dealership or be nothing. If my credit was that bad and I didn’t own wrenches I would ride a bicycle around first. Might as well get a payday loan. Or a title loan. Predatory lenders. Shouldn’t be legal. Zero stars.

Went there yesterday hoping to buy something for cash, but was open to financing as well. It has been a very good relationship thus far. Pay on time and you dont have issues. Would give 0 starts if possible. Was quoted one price told a certain amount down and certain amount for trade in. Then they asked for twice as much d9wn when I said I couldn't do that then suddenly the price on the paper work had went up 1000 I ultimately left there lot and would never recommend them to anyone fo any reason.
Sell junk cars for top dollar then have to sign a contract to not sue them in a class action lawsuit with all the bad reviews I sure think it’s worth a class action lawsuit

Bought a car then traded it in for a bigger vehicle to fit my family. It's had issues the second week I got it and have yet to get it back..it's been in the shop twice in the last week and a half. If you need a car, they are great to work with to get you into something you need, especially when you aren’t working with much down, and payments that aren’t too bad by todays standard. BUYERS BEWARE!! just recently bought a car from them. during the showing the car had a clicking noise while it was in idle. i ignored it because it wasn’t obvious enough to raise suspicion or question it. after ONLY 1 MONTH of having the car. it’s already in the shop needing a NEW ENGINE AND ALTERNATOR. the cars look good on the outside but under the hood are terrible. do not let them take your money. unfortunately for me they’ll be getting it for the next 2 years.
I talked to them on the phone to get Pre-approved and she asked me a series of questions and when she found out that I was on disability her tone changed as if she didn’t wanna work with me I told her my wife worked at a place for three years didn’t matter I do not recommend these people seems shady to me!

They sold me a car that had a blown head gasket, I tried to just give the car back and they said the only way that would happen would be if they repossessed it! After 4th time it was in the shop is when it was figured out that the head gasket was blown, because I told them to check it. Was lied to i was buying a car they just got in the bumper was messed up. Don said they would fix it was real friendly i filled out the paperwork and then asked when they would fix the bumper he said they would not fix it so make sure you get everything on paper do not trust the salesman they just trying to make a sale
