Bryan explained the process thoroughly and found him a very nice Ford Edge with VERY reasonable monthly payments! Although the process was lengthy and we were there roughly 3 hours it seemed to go smooth and we were able to drive off the lot same day. Highly recommend Auto Now Topeka! I bought a car from AutoNow 2 months ago, I waited to review until I got to see how the car really was and how making payments went! They make it easy to make payments unlike my last dealership, AutoNow gives you a few options. I drive almost 3hr commute daily and have had zero issues with the car! I did have to replace a tire but I think that may be user error (curbs jumping out at me)!

It has been a very good relationship thus far. Pay on time and you dont have issues. While the warranty is second to none, they dont give you a loaner while your car is in the shop, making it hard to get to appointments or work. It's my only complaint and it is not that big of one. They have tremendous customer service.

The process was quite easy. I completed the application online and was approved. My needs were anticipated so when I got in, they were ready for me to go test drive some cars. The only hiccup was figuring out / explaining the interest rates, but we figured it out and I left with a new car. Tony was honest and upfront with me, no BS which I appreciated! Would recommend 🙂

On July 30th I purchased a 2015 Buick Enclave from your Seneca location Wichita. Buying my car was easy and quick. Everyone was nice and worked with my down payment that I had and with my bad credit. They was unaware of a problem that I had with my car. I was within my 30 days of buying my Buick, they ordered what was needed and will be fixed the next day. Awesome people
