Larry was very helpful during my process of finding a car and very sweet. Lee the financial manager was very sweet as well. It was very welcoming in this establishment. This was by far the best experience while purchasing a car.

I need to thank Patti and the rest of the team for such great help with my process. She was very kind and supportive. With their help in getting me into a new vehicle in under a day was wonderful! Highly recommended

Parker is the best!

I had the best service. Larry stayed in contact with me for months and got me the deal I needed. 5 stars from me

Perfect customer service!

I’ve purchased three vehicles from this company, and I’m extremely disappointed with how I’ve been treated. The manager at the Wornall location, Lee, is nice and helpful when he’s trying to get you into a vehicle, but once you leave and start having issues, his attitude completely changes. I’m dealing with major problems with my vehicle, and instead of receiving help, I’ve been spoken to disrespectfully and treated like I’m not even a human being. I’ve given this company my business three times, and this is the treatment I receive when I ... Read More

This experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

They ask everyone to do a review when you first get a car. These cars are raggedy they don’t honor the warranty and they are full of tricks. Don’t trust these predators. The Cadillacs have fuel system Problems and the Lincoln’s are raggedy to. The warranty sucks. They are not honest people. 2 pair of my designer eyeglass worth a thousand dollars were stolen either someone at in motion or the deslership. The car was repossessed from there shop by them for $200 stole my glasses and thought I wanted the raggedy car back. I’ve been fixing it ... Read More

I haven’t had a car payment in years . I have a Mercedes paid for. I know 4 people who have had problems with these people. We all referred each other. Do t do it. Take your chances with Big lots

Called about a particular car and asked if it was available. Larry rudely said, " Not for long." Then tells me because I have an out of state license I had to been living here for 3 years (im from here) but my daughter has a car with them she bought last year. Only being home 1 year. I dont want anything from this company and will take my money elsewhere. Update: I guess they don’t like being wrong here. It’s life no one is always right. I dont want anything from this company and will take my money elsewhere. Update: I guess they don’t like being wrong here. It’s life no one is always right. In any event the car i purchased had a check engine light come on the I drove it off the lot. It’s been in the shop 4 days costing me hundreds of dollars from having to miss work. Then the wrong payment amount comes off my card and they say because my deductible isn’t $500. I wasn’t told that because I drove off the lot with liability and changed it 2 days after purchase. Honest mistake that I wasn’t mad about but don’t get testy with me because you misinformed me! I don’t care how long you’ve been selling cars. I’m sure you’ve made some mistakes over the years. Car still not driving right but I can’t afford another week without my car. I won’t be changing this review again unless it’s to update how I’m being treated here. I should have followed my first mind and went somewhere else.

I felt so humiliated when I got the call we can’t sell you a vehicle due to a company rule about being on a joint loan and my current car is done no I’m left walking to work and back. Would not recommend

I sold a car to Carmax in Texas and this Auto Now bought it from auction, then sold it to someone else. No one along the line transferred the title, so over a year later when the car was towed I get a certified letter saying my car was towed and I owed fees. If you do business with them, make sure you document everything.
